Features

Everything a repair shop needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

Stop juggling sticky notes and spreadsheets. ShopFlow keeps every job, customer, and part in one place.

Work-Order Board

Every job on one board. Drag it forward as it moves from Queued to Done. You always know what’s on the bench.

Customer & Equipment Database

Every customer has a profile with their full service history — every bike, phone, or laptop they’ve ever brought in.

Parts Tracking

Link ordered parts to a job, mark them Ordered or Arrived, and add the cost. No more “did that part ever come in?”

Status Workflow

Queued → In Progress → Waiting on Parts → Ready → Picked Up. Customize the stages to match how your shop actually runs.

Job Notes & History

Timestamps for every change, technician notes, and photos of the damage. The full story of every job, archived.

Ready-to-Notify Alerts

When a job is Ready, it’s flagged instantly with the customer’s phone number at hand — call them and they’ll come pick it up. Pro adds automatic email reminders.

How it works

From drop-off to pick-up in three steps

If you can send an email, you can run your whole shop with ShopFlow.

1

Create the work order

Add the customer, the equipment, what’s wrong, and a price estimate. Takes about 30 seconds at the counter.

2

Move it through the board

Order parts, add notes, and drag the job forward as work happens. Everyone in the shop sees the same live board.

3

Mark it ready, hand it over

Flip it to Ready, notify the customer, and mark Picked Up. Full history stays on file for next time they come in.

Testimonials

Shops that stopped losing jobs in the notebook

★★★★★

“I used to write work orders in a spiral notebook. Now every bike that comes through the door has a history. If a customer asks ‘didn’t I bring this in before?’ — I know instantly.”

M
Marcus D.BikeFix Co. — Denver, CO
★★★★★

“The parts tracking alone paid for it. We stopped losing money on parts we ordered and forgot about. When the customer calls to ask where their phone is, I can answer in five seconds.”

P
Priya S.Fixit Mobile — Austin, TX
★★★★★

“Simple enough that my counter staff learned it in an afternoon. We went from ‘where’s my laptop?’ calls every day to basically zero.”

FAQ

Questions shops ask us

Does it need WooCommerce?

No. ShopFlow works on any WordPress site out of the box — no WooCommerce required.

Can I use it for more than bike repairs?

Yes. The core workflow — customer, equipment, job, status, parts — works for bike shops, phone repair, computer repair, locksmiths, and any service shop. You can customize the status names to match your shop.

What’s the difference between Lite and Pro?

Lite is free forever and covers the core board, customers, parts, and history. Pro adds PDF invoice & receipt export, email reminders, stock counts, and reporting — currently $14.95/year with founder pricing.

Where is my data stored?

On your own WordPress server. Your customer list and job history stay in your database — never locked into a third-party cloud.

Can I migrate from my current software?

Yes. If you’re on a spreadsheet, we can map your data in. We also provide a CSV importer so you can bring customers and past work orders over quickly.
